2012 is the beginning of committing to long overdue lifestyle changes.  While the main page of the blog will continue to house all of my posts regarding these lifestyle changes, this page will host a series of “progress photos”.  From Fat to Fit, you’ll see first-hand what the human body is capable of if you commit to a new lifestyle.
